Any event we host, whether large or small, is in excellent hands. Our incredible (15+ person) team of coordinator, executive chef, pastry chef, and kitchen team, along with a front-of-house manager and our dedicated service team of bartenders, servers, drivers, and organizers, are at the heart of our successful events.
Their teamwork, commitment, and genuine kindness create truly memorable experiences.

our culinary team
Executive chef Leah Detreville, pastry chef Kristina Ugenti, and the rest of our culinary team create menus with a passion for good food and good times.
Creating your menu will be a collaboration between you and our chef. Planning your menu will involve conversations about your favorite foods and getting to know your personality and style. Couples are invited to an extensive tasting before a final menu selection.
Wedding Coordination
Our executive director, Casper de Boer, will assist you from day one, providing you with all the planning tools you need. He will also establish a fully personalized online planning platform where he will collaborate and develop your day’s plans, beginning with a detailed timeline. He’ll always be available for help or advice.
Our wedding coordinator, Danyelle Visingard, starts working with you six months before the wedding day and supports you every minute of the big day. We strive to make planning your wedding a fun and worry-free experience.
Our service team
Our skilled bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York, liquor from craft distilleries, old and New World wines.
Our servers are always efficient and friendly and work with attention to detail, cleanliness, and solid menu knowledge.
A helpful, friendly service staff is always there to serve, help, tidy up, welcome and guide guests, and drive them around our estate.

All glass- and tableware
We supply all tableware, silverware, glassware, and napkins for the entire day. Everything is high-quality and elegant, featuring a contemporary design.
Two Carts with Drivers
Our two 6-person carts with drivers are available from the moment guests arrive for the festivities until the end of the wedding day. They can drive anyone anywhere on our estate.
Comfortable restrooms
Beautiful, spacious, and fully equipped restrooms are available inside the barn and at the dining terrace on our estate.
AC & Heating in the barn
Our warm air furnace and air conditioning systems ensure the barn remains comfortable, even on a chilly fall evening or during a heatwave.
WI-FI Access
With Wi-Fi available at the hilltop pavilion, dining terrace, carriage barn, and bonfire, you and your guests can always stay connected.
Secure Backup Power
We provide a total of 600 amps for your event, and our standby generators ensure fully automated backup power in the unlikely event of a blackout.
On-Site Parking Area
Your guests can access our parking area via a gravel road on our property. There is enough parking space for up to 60 cars, and there is also room for shuttle buses.
All Indoor & Outdoor Furniture
All necessary furniture is included: dining tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, and various outdoor furniture options, such as benches, chairs, side tables, lounge sets, and Adirondack chairs.
In-house Audio System
Four Behringer Eurolive speakers are installed in each corner of the dance floor. (Of course, deejays are welcome to bring in their own gear as well.)
Beautifully Outfitted Bars
The carriage barn features a stylish, well-equipped bar for the dance party. The pavilion at Spring Hill also offers a bar for cocktail hour.
Portable Audio Systems
Two portable sound systems with mics are available for amplification in the pine grove, and for background music in the pavilion.
Lights Galore – Everywhere
Everything is beautifully lit, showcasing colorful changes and vibrant hues inside the barn, along with hundreds of warm, glowing lights on the dining terrace and throughout our property.
Plenty of patio heaters
On cooler days, we’ll keep your outdoor wedding comfortable from cocktail hour till the end of the night with our pretty pyramid heaters.

Keep your guests engaged and entertained with our cornhole set and bocce ball court, set up near the hilltop pavilion.
