Our dedicated wedding coordinator starts working with you six months before the wedding day and has your back every minute of the big day. Wedding coordinator
Our professional event coordinator, Danyelle, coordinates all weddings at the estate. With a solid educational background in event management and lots of experience, she collaborates on your day starting six months before the wedding date.
Danyelle has been with us since 2021 and has coordinated over one hundred weddings. She’s proven to be a wedding rockstar with a kind and caring personality. She’s also detailed and calm while doing a meticulous job.
Casper de Boer
Executive director
Casper is the founder, co-owner, and executive director at Roxbury Barn & Estate, and a pioneer in the Upstate wedding world. He and his husband started the business in 2012, and Casper will be hosting his three-hundredth event at the estate this upcoming summer.
He loves the hands-on aspects of creating events, fine-tuning the property, and producing a full-service experience. Still, he’s most proud of the team of highly talented pros he’s assembled over the years.

Our planning tools, assistance throughout the process, and full wedding coordination service are integral to our operation. Our professional event coordinator and executive director coordinate and oversee every wedding at the estate.
It begins immediately after you secure our venue:
getting the ball rolling
Right from the start, our executive, Casper de Boer, helps you by mapping out the road ahead and providing all the practical information and planning tools you’ll need. He’ll set up a fully personalized online planning platform where we will share and develop your day’s plans. He’ll be available by email or phone with any questions, ideas, or updates.
Collaborative Timeline development
As we get to know you as a couple, we will collaborate on a detailed wedding timeline that addresses all aspects and meets the needs and requirements of each vendor for the day. The timeline will be updated throughout the planning process. Meanwhile, you are welcome to visit the venue to reacquaint yourselves or show the place to your close ones involved.
Your dedicated coordinator
Six months before the wedding, our coordinator starts with an in-depth face-to-face or Zoom session with both of you. She advises you on vendors who have yet to be booked, helps you with any questions, and guides you through the rest of the process. She’ll provide prompt responses and guidance, ensuring your peace of mind.
A detailed dinner floor plan
A month prior to the wedding, we will develop a carefully crafted floor plan for dinner according to your preferences. This plan will include table arrangements, assigned seating for guests, preferred meals, and any dietary restrictions to ensure a seamless dinner service.
Final Vendor communications
Our coordinator handles communications with your vendors before your big day, shares our final timeline, and ensures everyone is on the same page.
Guided Ceremony Rehearsal
On the afternoon before the wedding, our coordinator conducts a walkthrough of your ceremony, guiding you and your wedding party through every step. We’ll also assist you with any drop-offs of personal items and outfits.

Our coordinator manages all wedding day logistics. She sets up personal décor items, such as ceremony programs, seating cards, menus, favors, etc., precisely as you prefer.

Our coordinator and service team handle all the details of a busy wedding day, welcoming and guiding external vendors while ensuring everything goes smoothly. We have contingency plans, umbrellas, and a fully stocked emergency kit for any situation that may arise.
