Casper de Boer, Executive Director guides you from day one with comprehensive planning tools and a personalized online platform where we’ll collaborate on every detail, starting with your wedding timeline. He’s always available for guidance and support.

Danyelle Visingard, Wedding Coordinator begins working with you six months before your wedding and stays by your side throughout your entire wedding day. Our goal is to make planning your wedding both fun and stress-free.

Our professional event coordinator and our executive director coordinate and lead all weddings at the estate. We do not accept external coordination.

The coordination fee is due six months before the event date and is subject to 8% sales tax

  • Artisanal Market Table featuring locally sourced cheeses and charcuterie, house-made dips and spreads, roasted seasonal vegetables, fresh fruit, marinated olives, and our signature artisanal bread.
  • Passed Hors d’oeuvres: Choose four expertly crafted appetizers, customized by our chef to match your preferences.

SIT-DOWN DINNER AT THE ROOFED TERRACE:

  • First Course: All guests enjoy the same seasonal appetizer – either a fresh salad or soup – served with warm, house-baked bread and seasonal whipped butter.
  • Main Course: Guests pre-select from four options featuring locally sourced proteins and seasonal vegetables.
  • Elegant Presentation: Complete table settings with our full collection of tableware, silverware, glassware, and linen napkins for a refined dining experience.
  • Menu Development: Includes personalized consultation and comprehensive on-site tasting.
  • Wedding Cake Service ($12 per person) Custom cake designed in-house with your choice of design, flavors, fillings, and buttercream. Includes coffee and tea service.
  • Signature Dessert Table ($22 per person) An enchanting display of individual mini desserts, beautifully presented. Includes coffee and tea service. Add a two-tiered 6″ over 8″ wedding cake for an additional $3 per person.
  • Chef Leah Detreville collaborates with you to create a completely personalized menu driven by seasonal ingredients and your preferences.
  • Pastry Chef Kristina Ugenti crafts beautiful, artisanal mini desserts using seasonal and local ingredients with an emphasis on natural, unprocessed flavors.

Bar services at a wedding at Roxbury Barn & Estate in Upstate NY

We feature craft beers from small Upstate New York breweries, premium Old and New World wines, and specialty cocktails often with both small-batch spirits from regional craft distilleries and well-known premium liquor brands.

  • Standard Service Window: 4-hour open bar (can extend to 5 or 6 hours)
  • “Everything-But-Liquor” Package: Premium wines (two whites, two reds, rosé), prosecco, five craft beers, one domestic beer, local hard cider, sodas, and juices.
  • Full Bar Package: Everything in the standard package plus cocktails and mixed drinks made with premium and local spirits, complete with mixers and garnishes.
  • Upon Arrival: Complimentary infused water, iced tea, and lemonade (included in venue fee)
  • Bar Service: Begins after your ceremony and continues uninterrupted from cocktail hour through the evening, moving seamlessly from Hilltop Pavilion to Terrace to Carriage Barn.
  • Service Hours: Our bar closes at the end of the set open bar window, at 11 pm at the latest on weekend evenings and at 10 pm at the latest on weekday evenings. Guests may bring their final drink to our optional bonfire on Spring Hill, where complimentary water is provided.
  • Youth beverages (ages 9-20): $30 per person for entire event
  • Children 8 & under: Complimentary beverages
  • Exclusive service: All beverages provided exclusively by Roxbury Barn & Estate

BONFIRE EXPERIENCE:

Weather-dependent add-on service (not included in venue fee).

The Perfect Ending:
Our magical bonfire experience begins when the bar closes and the dance party comes to an end, creating the perfect end-of-night ambiance for s’mores under the stars.

What’s Included:

  • Complete XL-size bonfire setup on our scenic property
  • Full s’mores station with all the fixings
  • Sustainably sourced wood foraged from our 50-acre property, without ever taking down a living tree.

Payment Details:

  • Payment: Due 1 month before wedding date
  • Weather policy: Full refund issued if bonfire cannot be lit due to inclement weather

Single Day Wedding or Full Wedding Weekend?

We host one wedding per weekend from late May through mid-October—and it’s all yours! Whether you’re dreaming of a single perfect day or a full weekend celebration with a rehearsal dinner or welcome party, and a goodbye brunch, we’ve got you covered. (All add-ons are totally optional, of course.)

Single-Day Wedding

Your wedding day can last up to eight magical hours, starting from “I do.” Pick your perfect day—Saturday or Sunday—and make it unforgettable.

GROUP SIZE
We welcome 80-140 guests for wedding day celebrations (with an 80 adult minimum).

TIME GUIDELINES
Ceremonies start at 3:00 PM or later, and you’ll choose your ideal time frame based on your ceremony start and open bar package. Dance the night away with amplified music in the barn until 11:00 PM the latest, then gather ’round our optional bonfire (which can be lit as late as 11:00 PM). All festivities wrap up by midnight at the latest.

CEREMONY REHEARSAL
The day before your wedding, our coordinator will walk you through a ceremony rehearsal and handle any item deliveries.

GROUP SIZE
Keep it cozy with 30-60 of your nearest and dearest on the evening before your wedding.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
Gather at our indoor-outdoor dining terrace for a welcome drink and passed canapés, followed by a sit-down dinner featuring an appetizer (soup or salad), family-style entrées, and dessert. Rehearsal dinners also include all drinks, including red and white wines, rosé, beers, sodas and juices, and coffee and tea at dessert.

TIME GUIDELINES
Start between 6:00-7:00 PM and enjoy up to two and a half hours—plenty of time for toasts, tears, and maybe a few embarrassing stories.

$145 per adult (plus 20% pretax gratuity and 8% sales tax).

GROUP SIZE
Kick off your wedding weekend with a bang! Welcome parties can include all your wedding guests—80 to 140 people (80 adult minimum)—and happen the evening before your wedding in lieu of a rehearsal dinner.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
Meet us at the indoor-outdoor dining terrace for an open bar stocked with cocktails, mixed drinks, craft beers, wines, cider, sodas, and juices. Casual food stations keep everyone happy all evening—think smash burgers, taco bars, and other crowd-pleasers.

TIME GUIDELINES
The party starts by 7:30 PM at the latest and lasts up to two and a half hours, wrapping up by 10:00 PM.

$145 per adult (plus 20% pretax gratuity and 8% sales tax). 

Add-on: Post-Wedding Brunch

GROUP SIZE
Gather 80-140 guests (80 adult minimum) for one last hurrah before everyone heads home.

FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES
Fuel up at our buffet featuring house-made seasonal pastries, local honey and seasonal jam, seasonal quiche, fresh-pressed juice, smoked trout, wraps, salad, home fries, local fruits and veggies, petit-four sandwiches, coffee, tea, and prosecco. (Because bubbles make everything better.)

TIME GUIDELINES
Brunch kicks off at 11 AM at our indoor-outdoor dining terrace and lasts two and a half hours.

PRICING
$55 per adult, $50 per person under 21 (plus 20% pretax gratuity and 8% sales tax).
