We had this dream to combine our love of the Catskills and of our home into a majestic and distinct gathering place. We combined the lush beauty of our grounds with bold, welcoming event spaces. We scraped and built, planted and grew, and formed a team of talent, providing genuinely friendly service and great food. And as we’ve progressed from our first celebrations, over fifteen years ago, to the unique place it has since become, our dream has come true.

Hosting events is teamwork. One of our secret powers is our amazing staff.
Any event we host, big or small, is in good hands. Our incredible (15+ person) team of coordinator, executive chef, pastry chef and kitchen team, front-of-house manager, and our service team of bartenders, servers, drivers and organizers are at the heart of our successful events. Their collaborative talents, commitment, and genuine kindness are what make our events truly memorable.

Our wedding coordinator
Our planning tools and our full wedding coordination service are an integral part of our operation and all weddings at the estate are coordinated by our professional event coordinator.
Six months before the big day, our event coordinator, Danyelle Visingard, starts with a detailed consultation.
She’ll be available for three to five Zoom or in-person meetings to advice you, solve any hurdles, handle final vendor communications in the lead-up to your big day, and create a visual dinner layout to ensure your reception flows smoothly.
Danyelle helps in guiding the ceremony rehearsal on the afternoon prior to the wedding day, and during the wedding day handles logistics, adjusts and safeguards the timeline, welcomes the wedding party and any external vendors, helps overcome any last-minute challenges that arise, and makes sure you have the best time.

Our culinary team
Our executive chef Leah Detreville, pastry chef Kristina Ugenti, and the rest of our culinary team create menus with a passion for good food and good times. Or as chef Leah states it: “I love creating things that make people happy. And food can do exactly that.”
Creating your menu will be a collaboration between you and our chef. Planning your menu will entail conversations about your favorite foods, and getting to know your personality and style. Couples who have booked their wedding at our place are invited to an extensive tasting before a final menu selection.
Roxbury Barn & Estate’s chef and culinary team provide all your food items, including desserts and an optional wedding cake, late-night snacks, etc.
Our extensive service team
Our skilled bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York, liquor from craft distilleries, old and New World wines.
Our servers are always efficient and friendly and work with attention to detail, cleanliness, and solid menu knowledge.
Our service staff is always there to serve, help, tidy up, welcome and guide, and drive guests around our estate.

Services & Facilities:
All Glass- and Tableware
We provide all the tableware, silverware, glassware, and napkins for the entire day. All are high-quality and refined, with a contemporary look.
Time for a Ceremony Rehearsal
We’ll make time during the day previous to your wedding day to drop off items and host and guide a ceremony rehearsal.
Two Carts with Drivers
Our two 6-person carts with drivers are available from the moment guests arrive for the festivities until the end of the wedding day, driving anyone anywhere on our estate.
AC & Heating in the Barn
Our warm-air furnace and air-conditioning systems always keep the barn comfortable, even on a chilly fall evening or during a heatwave.
All Indoor & Outdoor Furniture
All dinner tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, and a range of outdoor furniture: benches, chairs, side tables, lounge sets, and Adirondack chairs.
Comfortable Restrooms
Beautiful, spacious, fully integrated, real restrooms inside the barn, and at the dining terrace.
Secure Backup Power
A total of 600 amps for your event, and our standby generators offer fully automated backup power in the rare case of a blackout.
WI-FI Access
With WI-FI in and around the hilltop pavilion, the dining terrace, the carriage barn, and the bonfire, you and your guests stay connected.
On-Site Parking Area
Your guests arrive at our parking area through a graveled road on our property. There’s parking space for up to 60 cars. Of course, there’s also space for any shuttle buses.
Two Beautifully Outfitted Bars
The carriage barn offers a stylish, well-equipped bar during the dance party, as does the pavilion at Spring Hill, during guest arrival and cocktail hour.
In-house Audio System
Four Behringer Eurolive speakers are installed in each corner of the dance floor. (Of course, deejays are welcome to bring in their own gear as well.)
Lights Galore – Everywhere
All is beautifully lit: with color changes and vibrant hues inside the barn, and hundreds of warm glowing lights at the dining terrace, and all around our property.
