The minimum party size for a Saturday or Sunday event is 80 adults, and the maximum is 140 people, including the wedding couple and any children. On Monday or Thursday, the minimum party size is 50 adults, maximum size is 100 people.
The venue fee is subject to 8% sales tax. Upon booking, a first venue fee payment of $6,000 plus sales tax is due. The second and final venue fee payment is due seven months before the event date.

Planning Tools & Wedding Coordination: $4,500
THE DETAILS
From the start, we offer couples a range of essential planning tools: our reliable and extensive vendor list, sample timelines, seating suggestions, an extensive checklist fully tailored to a wedding at our place, and more. We also offer couples access to our online planning platform, where we’ll help create an extensive timeline for the wedding day. We offer an extensive style guide and, closer to the wedding day, collaborate on an online guest list and dinner diagram.
Our wedding coordinator starts with a detailed consultation six months before the big day. She’ll be available for three to five Zoom or in-person meetings to advise you, solve any hurdles, handle final vendor communications in the lead-up to your big day, and create a visual dinner layout to ensure your reception flows smoothly. The wedding coordinator helps in guiding the ceremony rehearsal on the afternoon prior to the wedding day, and during the wedding day handles logistics, adjusts and safeguards the timeline, welcomes the wedding party and any external vendors, helps overcome any last-minute challenges that arise, and makes sure you have the best time.
Our planning tools and full wedding coordination service are integral parts of our operation. Our professional event coordinator coordinates all weddings at the estate. We do not accept external coordination.
The coordination fee is subject to 8% sales tax. The coordination fee payment is due six months before the event date.

THE DETAILS
During cocktail hour at the hilltop pavilion, food includes a beautifully set market table with a curated selection of local cheeses and charcuterie, dips, spreads, fresh fruit, marinated olives, artisanal bread, and four passed hors-d’oeuvres of your choice. During the sit-down dinner at the roofed terrace, we offer guests an appetizer (soup or salad) and four choices of main courses.
Our cuisine revolves around sustainable, local, and seasonal food. We can accommodate most guests’ dietary needs as long as we are notified beforehand. We run a nut-free kitchen, ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for all.
At a reduced rate, we offer vendor meals and a special kids menu for children eight years and younger.
A wedding cake-only option starts at $12 per person. Or, indulge in our unique dessert table, featuring a delightful array of individual mini desserts, all elegantly presented at the carriage barn, at $22 per person. Coffee and tea are included.
Our services go beyond food. We provide all the necessary tableware, silverware, glassware, and napkins. A menu consultation and an extensive on-site tasting are also included.
All food charges are subject to 8% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Four months before the
wedding date, 40% of the estimated food invoice is due. One month before the wedding
date, the final guest number guarantee and final food payment are due.

THE DETAILS
Bar services start at a four-hour open bar minimum, which can be extended to a five or six-hour window. There’s the option for an “everything-but-booze” bar or a full bar.
We serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York, high-quality Old and New World wines, and a range of specialty drinks, often combining small-batch liquor from craft distilleries in our region.
We understand that events often include guests of all ages. For children aged 9-20, there is a beverage charge of $30 per person. We offer complimentary beverages for children eight and under.

The venue fee does not include a (weather-dependent) bonfire with s’mores. Bonfires get lit the moment the bar closes, and the dance party wraps up. Bonfires at our place add the perfect end-of-night magic and come with a complete s’mores table.
All wood is foraged from our 50-acre property without ever taking down a living tree.
Setup, lighting, and monitoring of a bonfire: $750
Weekend vs. Midweek
Saturday or Sunday
Time frame: We host one full-day event per weekend day. You choose the time frame of your event, with a maximum length of seven hours on Saturday or Sunday, starting at the ceremony, with an earliest starting time at 3 pm and latest end time at midnight.
Party size: Saturday and Sunday party sizes range from an 80-adults minimum to a 140-people maximum.
Wrap-up: Amplified music is permitted inside the barn until 11 pm. The latest time we light the optional bonfire is 11 pm.
Rehearsal: During the Friday before your wedding day, our coordinator will guide a ceremony rehearsal, and receive any drop-off items.
Monday or Thursday
Time frame: Midweek events are offered on select Mondays and Thursdays. You choose the time frame of your event, with a maximum length of seven hours, starting at the ceremony, with an earliest starting time at 3 pm and latest end time at 11 pm.
Party size: Midweek events range from 50 adults to 100 people.
Wrap-up: Amplified music is permitted inside the barn until 10 pm. The latest time we light the optional bonfire is 10 pm.
Rehearsal: On the day before your wedding day, our coordinator will guide a ceremony rehearsal, and receive any drop-off items.
