We scraped paint, hauled materials, got our hands dirty in the soil. Each planted tree, every thoughtfully designed space, became part of something more intentional.

Hosting events is teamwork
Our coordinators, executive chef, pastry chef, kitchen crew, front-of-house manager, bartenders, servers, drivers, organizers, cleaners — they are all here for your event, and you don’t have to manage any of them. That’s the whole point of a full-service venue.
Our staff is our superpower
Meet our culinary artists
Chef Leah Detreville and her team source from local farms and work with you directly on your menu. We do actual tastings—you come up, you eat the food we’ll serve at your wedding, you decide what works. Most venues don’t do this because it’s time-consuming. We think it makes all the difference.
Planning made simple (and fun!)
We coordinate your wedding from booking to the last dance. You work with two people. Casper handles planning and logistics from day one. You get a personalized online platform with your timeline, vendor contacts, all the details in one place.
Six months out, Danyelle takes over the day-of execution so you don’t have to manage anything on your own. Of course, we’ll coordinate the actual day as well.
People who care about the details
Our bartenders know the beer and spirit list cold—local breweries, small distilleries, wines that actually pair with the food. Servers handle service and cleanup efficiently. You won’t see staff scrambling or forgetting details. Throughout the event, people are stationed to help guests navigate the property, answer questions, keep things moving.

Complete Table Settings
We provide all the tableware, silverware, glassware, and napkins you’ll need for your entire celebration. High-quality and elegant.

6-seater carts
Our 6-person, 4-wheel drive carts with friendly drivers are at your service from the moment your first guests arrive until the last dance.

Comfortable Restrooms
You’ll find spacious, fully equipped restrooms both inside the barn and at the dining terrace.

Climate control in the barn
Our heating and air conditioning systems keep the barn perfectly comfortable all season.

Wi-Fi throughout the venue
High-speed Wi-Fi is available at the hilltop pavilion, dining terrace, carriage barn, and bonfire area.

Reliable Backup Power
We provide 600 amps of power for your event, plus standby generators that automatically kick in if there’s ever a power outage.

Convenient On-Site Parking
Your guests can easily access our parking area via our property’s gravel road. We have space for up to 60 cars, plus room for shuttle buses.

All the Indoor & Outdoor Furniture you need
From dining tables and chairs to ceremony seating and outdoor furniture like benches, side tables, lounge sets, and classic Adirondack chairs.

Built-in Sound System
Five speakers and a mixer are permanently installed in the carriage barn. DJs are welcome to bring their own equipment too, of course.

Gorgeous, Well-Equipped Bars
The carriage barn features a stylish, fully equipped bar perfect for your dance party, while the pavilion at Spring Hill offers another bar for cocktail hour.

Portable Audio Systems
Two portable sound systems with microphones are available for ceremonies in the pine grove and background music in the pavilion.

Extensive lighting
Everything is beautifully illuminated with colorful, dynamic lighting inside the barn and hundreds of warm, glowing lights throughout the dining terrace and property.

Stay Warm on Cool Days
Our attractive pyramid heaters keep your outdoor celebration comfortable from cocktail hour through the night, no matter what the weather brings.

Fun & Games
Keep your guests entertained with our corn hole set and bocce ball court, perfectly positioned near the hilltop pavilion for those who want to play while they mingle.
