How the day unfolds…
Arrival at Spring Hill
Upon arrival at our parking area, guests are picked up by our 6-seater Kawasaki ATVs and dropped off at the Hilltop Pavilion at Spring Hill, where breathtaking mountain views await. Yes—that XL bonfire you’ll see down the hill — that can be your grand finale later tonight. We offer welcome refreshments (iced tea, lemonade, infused water), and once everyone has arrived and is ready, we’ll guide your guests into our pine grove…
Your “I do’s” in the Pine Grove
Imagine saying your vows surrounded by towering pines that seem to reach straight up to heaven. We call this spot our “natural cathedral,” and once you see it, you’ll understand why. These majestic trees create the most romantic canopy, while the wild Catskills forest wraps around you like a gentle embrace. The only soundtrack you’ll need is the whisper of wind through the pines and the songs of mountain birds.
Toast and dine at the garden terrace
When it’s time for cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner, our modern garden terrace transforms into your event space for drinks and dining. Imagine over 500 twinkling lights casting a warm glow over white-washed wooden tables, while mossed stone walls and lush plants reflect the natural beauty of the Catskills landscape. Our state-of-the-art kitchen guarantees every dish is perfect, and the best part? Whether it’s sunny or stormy, you’re protected—literally and figuratively.
Ending with fire and stars
When the food and drinks festivities end, we’re not finished yet. Opt for an XL bonfire you’ve never experienced before. For 25 years, we’ve been building legendary bonfires on this property, perfecting the art of creating that magical end-of-night experience. There’s something primal and beautiful about gathering around a roaring fire under a canopy of stars, sharing stories, making s’mores, and savoring those final moments of your wedding day.
Plus our get-ready cottage
Of course, your day begins long before the ceremony. Our private get-ready cottage will be your sanctuary, featuring a spacious main room, a styling area with four stations for you and your crew, a dedicated dressing room, a kitchen for morning mimosas, and a peaceful outdoor deck where you can enjoy a quiet moment before the festivities start. Hidden behind tall trees away from the rest of the venue, it’s your private retreat from the world. Doors open at 9 am.

Our pastry chef can create a custom in-house wedding cake with your choice of design, flavors, fillings, and buttercream ($12 per person).
You can also add a Prosseco or Champagne toast.
How a midweek mini-wedding differs from a weekend
Midweek Mini-Weddings are designed for a minimum of 40 adults to a maximum of 70 people, offering a relaxed and beautifully streamlined celebration.
Our chef and pastry team will collaborate with you to craft a seasonal farm-to-table menu that reflects your tastes and preferences — though there’s no tasting, and no dance party or barn access. Events happen between 5 and 10 pm, with no time extensions, keeping the day effortlessly simple.
It’s the perfect fit for couples who love the idea of an intimate wedding without the overwhelm — a thoughtfully scaled celebration that lets the beauty of the Catskills take center stage.
