How our coordination works
You work with two people: Casper handles planning and logistics from booking through six months out. Danyelle takes over for the final stretch and runs the actual day. Here’s what that looks like.

Casper started this venue with his husband in 2012. Over 300 events later, he’s learned what works and what doesn’t. He’s hands-on with planning, timeline creation, and making sure the property is dialed in. What he’s most proud of is the team of highly talented pros he’s assembled over
the years.
Danyelle Visingard

Danyelle has coordinated over 100 weddings at the estate since 2021. She’s extremely organized and knows the ins and outs. Her job is to handle vendor communication, timeline management, and day-of logistics so you don’t have to think about any of it.

The process
Initial Planning
Casper sets up your online planning hub—timeline, vendor contacts, inspiration board, all in one place. He’s available by email and phone throughout the planning process.
Creating your timeline
We work with you to build a timeline that fits how you want your day to flow and gives vendors what they need. You’re welcome to visit the property anytime to walk through logistics or show family.
The Final Stretch
Six months before your wedding, Danyelle joins in. She meets with you (in person or via Zoom) to review details, address any vendor gaps, and answer questions as they arise.
Reception layout
A month out, we finalize your floor plan—table placement, seating assignments, and dietary needs.
Vendor coordination
Danyelle coordinates with all vendors—shared timeline, logistics, load-in details.
rehearsal
The day before, we walk through the ceremony and handle any deliveries of personal items.
Day-of setup
While you’re getting ready, Danyelle sets up programs, place cards, favors, and decorations.
Problem-solving
We have backup plans for weather and vendor issues. Emergency kit on-site. Most problems you’ll never know about.

All day, Danyelle is there to ensure you feel supported, not managed. She’s got your back so you can be fully present for every beautiful moment.
