Our bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York. A range of specialty drinks with local flavor, often combining small-batch liquor from craft distilleries in our region. Old and New World wines. All are poured at our gorgeous bars; the perfect melding of classic and contemporary.

Details & Policies

Upon arrival, guests are served infused water, iced tea, and lemonade, all included in the venue fee. Bar service begins after the wedding ceremony.
Bar flow
The bar is open continuously from the start of cocktail hour after the ceremony until it closes at the end of the evening. It starts at the hilltop pavilion, moves to the dining terrace, and then to the carriage barn.
Time Frame
Beverage services begin with a minimum four-hour open bar, which can be extended to five or six hours.
Our bar closes when the bonfire is lit, or by 11 pm at the latest on weekends and 10 pm on weekdays, whichever comes first. Guests may bring their last drink to the optional bonfire on Spring Hill at the end of the night. During the bonfire, guests are also offered water.
Adults vs. minors
The beverage charge for children ages 9 to 20 is $30 per person for the duration of the event. There is no beverage charge for children eight and under.
The per-person cost of both bar packages applies to all adults: alcohol and non-alcohol drinkers. Our pricing is based on that average.
