WINES
Organic red, white, rosé, and Prosecco. Balanced selection across varietals and regions. All certified organic, mix of Old and New World producers.
BEERS
Five craft beers from local Upstate breweries—West Kill, Ommegang, Catskill Brewery. Pilsner, IPA, Belgian wheat ale, plus rotating seasonal options and one domestic beer.
CIDER
Hard cider from Sunken City, a local Upstate farm cidery.
NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Töst, NA beer, sodas, juices, still and sparkling water.

How we take care of you
Before the ceremony
Complimentary infused water, iced tea, and lemonade during guest arrival.
Bar service flow
After you’ve said “I do,” the bar opens and stays open—starting at the hilltop pavilion, then to the dining terrace, and finishing in the carriage barn.
Timing
Bar service on your wedding day includes a minimum of four hours, with options to extend to five or six hours. We close when the bonfire is lit, or by 11 pm the latest—whichever comes first. You’re welcome to bring your last drink to the optional bonfire on Spring Hill, where we’ll also have water available. You’re welcome to stay at the fire till midnight.
Pricing notes
Young guests ages 9 to 20 are $30 per person for the full evening. Drinks for children eight and under are complimentary.
Our per-person pricing covers all adults, whether they drink alcohol or not—it’s based on the average across all guests.
