Your wedding day

Five to eight hours of your day, entirely yours. Pick a Saturday or Sunday — and from there, design the day exactly as you want it.

Regardless of whether you opt for a one-day or multiple-day wedding, our coordinator will be on-site the afternoon before your wedding to walk you through a ceremony rehearsal and coordinate any item deliveries.

  • 80–140 guests (80-adult minimum)
  • Saturday or Sunday
  • 5 to 8 hours, between 3 pm and midnight
  • All 5 locations are an integral part of your day
  • Dancing at the carriage barn until 11 pm
  • Optional bonfire, lit as late as 11 pm
  • All festivities wrapped by midnight

Kick things off right with a more casual, fun atmosphere. No fuss, no formal sit-down — just good food, great company, and that first-night energy.

  • Our food stations emphasize freshness, sustainability, and interactive dining—our chef and her team encourage guests to customize their food choices, creating lively, personal interactions.
  • Full open bar all evening — featuring a mix of small-batch regional spirits and premium brands cocktails, local craft beer from Upstate breweries, a fine selection of organic white, red, rosé wines and prosecco, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Held on the indoor-outdoor terrace the evening before your wedding.

  • 2.5 hours, planned between 6:30 and 10 pm

Smaller, more intimate. This one’s for your inner circle — the people who’ll be standing next to you tomorrow.

  • Gather on the indoor-outdoor terrace for a welcome drink and passed canapés, then settle in for a sit-down dinner — plated appetizer, family-style entrées, and dessert.
  • Open bar all through the event — local craft beer from Upstate breweries, a fine selection of organic white, red, rosé wines and prosecco, cider, sodas and juices.
  • 30–60 guests (30-adult minimum)
  • 2.5 hours, between 6 and 10 pm
  • Canapés, sit-down dinner, dessert

  • 2.5 hours, planned anytime between 6 pm and 10 pm
