The Fine Print
Catering: Food services include a Seasonal Harvest Table and passed hors-d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, a starter and main course at dinner, and starts at $125 per person, plus sales tax and gratuity. All tableware, glassware, and napkins are included, as are a menu consultation, an onsite tasting, and all staff.
Bar services: Bar options start at a four-hour open bar minimum, which can be extended with a 5th hour. There’s the option for an “everything-but-booze” bar (at $50 per adult for a four-hour window, extendable to five fours, at $10 per person for the added hour), or a full bar (at $60 per adult for a four-hour window, extendable to five fours, at $12 per person for the added hour).
Party Size: Minimum party size for a Saturday or Sunday event is 80 adults, maximum size is 140 people, including the wedding couple, and any children. On Monday or Thursday, the minimum party size is 50 adults, maximum size is 100 people.
Optional: The venue fee does not include the weather-dependent setup and monitoring of a large-size bonfire ($750).
Sales tax & gratuity: the venue fee and all services are subject to 8% sales tax. Bar and catering fees are subject to 20% gratuity.

Ceremony at the Pine Grove
The ultimate ceremony spot. The tall pine trees sit at the edge of our large forest, creating the majestic feel of a natural cathedral.
Cocktails at the Hilltop Pavilion
The pavilion at Spring Hill offers a lovely mountain vista, gardens and lawn games, and is
the perfect spot for a classy cocktail hour.
Dinner at the Garden Terrace
Our elegant and spacious roofed dinner terrace at the bottom of Spring Hill is the perfect all-weather indoor/outdoor dining spot!
Party & Lounge at the Barn
Dance on the main floor, lounge on the upper level, and enjoy the lush surroundings in the outdoor courtyard. The 1851 carriage barn’s interior is both spacious and intimate with its two-level setup, black-stained original post and beam structure, and state-of-the-art modern Italian designer chandeliers.
Get ready at the Cottage
Get ready for it all at our cottage, beautifully tucked away on the estate.

Time for a Ceremony Rehearsal
We’ll make time during the day previous to your wedding day to drop off items and host and guide a ceremony rehearsal.

What’s Included ~ Part Three
Services & Facilities:
Two Carts with Drivers
Our two 6-person carts with drivers are available from the moment guests arrive for the festivities until the end of the wedding day, driving anyone anywhere on our estate.
AC & Heating in the Barn
Our warm-air furnace and air-conditioning systems always keep the barn comfortable, even on a chilly fall evening or during a heatwave.
Beautiful, spacious, fully integrated, real restrooms inside the barn, with separate sections for the ladies and the guys.
Secure Backup Power
A total of 400 amps for your event, and our standby generators offer fully automated backup power in the rare case of a blackout.
WI-FI and Phone Access
With WI-FI in and around the barn and a phone line freely accessible, you and your guests stay connected to “the real world.”
All Indoor and Outdoor Furniture
All dinner tables and chairs, ceremony chairs, and a range of outdoor furniture: benches, chairs, side tables, lounge sets, and Adirondack chairs.
On-Site Parking Area
Your guests arrive at our parking area through a forest road on our property. There’s parking space for up to 60 cars.
Two Beautifully Outfitted Bars
The carriage barn offers a stylish, well-equipped bar during the dance party, as does the pavilion at Spring Hill, during guest arrival and cocktail hour.
Inhouse Audio System
Four Behringer Eurolive speakers are installed in each corner of the dance floor. (Of course, deejays are welcome to bring in their own gear as well.)
All is beautifully lit: with color changes and vibrant hues inside the barn, and hundreds of warm glowing lights all around our property.
Bonfire & s’mores
The venue fee does not include a (weather-dependent) bonfire with s’mores. Bonfires get lit the moment the bar closes, and the dance party wraps up. Bonfires at our place add the perfect end-of-night magic. Of course, the bonfire comes with a complete s’mores table. Setup, lighting, and monitoring of a bonfire: $750
