# Roxbury Barn & Estate

> A 50-acre private estate in Roxbury, NY — in the heart of the Catskills — offering intimate, full-service weddings for 80–140 guests. One wedding per weekend. Gay-owned and Black-owned.

Roxbury Barn & Estate is a full-service wedding venue in the Catskill Mountains of upstate New York, about 3 hours from New York City. The estate spans 50 acres and includes five distinct ceremony and reception spaces, ranging from a restored 19th-century barn to open-air settings in the landscape. Because we host only one wedding per weekend, every couple gets the full estate — no shared spaces, no competing events.

Everything is in-house: a professional coordinator, a farm-to-table chef, and a full bar program. Couples don't need to source vendors for catering, coordination, or bar service — it's all included in our packages. This makes Roxbury Barn especially well-suited to couples who want a beautiful, stress-free experience without the complexity of assembling a vendor team from scratch.

We are a small, independently owned business — gay-owned and Black-owned — and we're proud to create a space where all couples feel genuinely welcome and celebrated.

Our couples tend to be in their 30s or older, come from urban areas (especially New York City, Brooklyn, Boston, and Rochester), and value authenticity, good food, and a venue that reflects their values.
