A bar with local pizazz
Our bartenders serve craft beers from small breweries in Upstate New York. A range of specialty drinks with local flavor, often combining small-batch liquor from craft distilleries in our region. Old and New World wines. All poured at our gorgeous bar; the perfect melding of classic and contemporary.

Everything but liquor
Wines: Two red wines, two white wines, Rosé, Prosecco
Beers: Six options from local craft and domestic breweries. Pilsners, IPA, Wheat Ale, and Amber Ale
Ciders: Two hard ciders from Upstate New York.
Adult Non-alcoholic drinks: Töst, n/a beer
Sodas: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Ginger-Ale, Root Beer, Ginger Beer, Tonic, Sprite
Juices: Orange, Cranberry, Grapefruit, Apple, Pomegranate, Pineapple
Water: flat and sparkling
2025 rate: $55 per adult for a 4-hour window starting at cocktail hour, $11 per adult for an additional 5th hour.

Bar service: details & policies
- Beverage charge for ages 9-20 yrs is $25 per person, for the duration of the entire event. There is no beverage charge for children 8 and under.
- 8% sales tax + 20% service charge applies to all bar pricing. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon arrival, guests are offered infused water, iced tea, and lemonade, included in the venue fee. Bar service starts after the wedding ceremony.
- The bar is open continuously from the start of cocktail hour after the ceremony, until it closes at the end of the evening, starting at the hilltop pavilion, then moving to the dining terrace, then to the carriage barn.
- Per person cost of both bar packages applies to all adults: both alcohol drinkers and non-alcohol drinkers. Our pricing is based on that average.
- Our bar closes as the bonfire gets lit, or at 11 pm the latest on weekend evenings and at 10 pm the latest on weekday evenings, whichever occurs first. Guests may bring their last drink up to the optional bonfire on Spring Hill at the end of the night. During the bonfire, guests are also offered water, included in the venue fee.
- Maximum of 5-hours bar service. Sorry, no half hours.
- Our bartenders serve responsibly: alcohol shots are not part of the bar packages, there’s no alcohol “to-go” and no alcohol is permitted on a self-serve basis.
- Per NY State laws, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and provided by the Roxbury Barn & Estate, and no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto our property by any of the guests at any time.
